This book was very readable, if not a bit crude at times. I enjoyed it but it was gruesome at parts. The basic premise was great; patients in an insane asylum are released to find the world is crazier on the outside of the asylum than inside. Of course, it isn't as brutal, but the people are crazier. Only a bit over the top with the cruelty. But still an entertaining read.
