A very exciting and thought provoking read, but wow, did it make you hungry. He seemed to really have loved Vietnam, and I agree, the food there was fantastic. We seemed to have different experiences from there, though. What a great job, to travel the world and eat. I'm jealous. But we have been dining pretty well. I really want to go to The French Laundry, outside of San Francisco. Perhaps next time I visit Luke.
