A Universal History of Infamy
by Jorge Luis Borges
Book Read on 16 / 2 / 2004
A short book, and fairly interesting. He does a good job of talking about dastardly characters from a number of different cultures.
I was most interested in Billy the Kid, who actually ran with a gang in New York before he was a notorious western killer.
